M25 junction 29 to A127 to Southend. Pass Kent Elms Corner (Essex Ford) and exit right at next set of lights onto the A1158, Westbourne Grove signposted Seafront. Travel 2 10ths of a mile and take left turn into The Leas, then third left being Pembury Road. Our hotel is located on the right hand side.
