We are only a 10 minute walk from Glasgow Central Railway station and only 5 minutes walk to the main shopping area.

The hotel is a newly built modern property, consisting of 114 spacious well appointed rooms with power showers, modem points, free wifi, satellite TV, iron and ironing board and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel also offers 'BIBO Bar & Restaurant' for breakfast and informal evening meals. We have excellent facilities for the disabled guest, with 6 dedicated class one specially adapted rooms. We have 4 conference rooms, all boasting natural daylight and catering for up to 180 delegates. We have over 110 parking spaces available free to all hotel residents and conference delegates. The hotel is located within easy access of the major motorway networks, on the southern fringe of Glasgow City Centre just south of the River Clyde and within walking distance from the main retail and office sectors. Situated just off the A74 opposite the Nautical College, the hotel is ideally located for the Sheriff's Court Buildings and the National Science Centre. Glasgow International Airport is just a short journey away. The hotel does require a credit card authorisation on arrival. If no credit card is available, a refundable deposit of 30.00 per person will be required.

At the following set of traffic lights, turn right onto A8 Castle Street and travel for approximately 1 mile until you are over the Albert Bridge (Castle Street becomes High Street and then Saltmarket before reaching the bridge). Turn right at the next set of traffic lights onto A74 Ballater Street and the hotel is situated on the left hand side. At the set of lights just before the railway bridge, turn left and then first left again to access the hotel car park. Directions from South: From M74, bear left onto M74 (Junction 4), exit to the left onto M73, exit to the left slip road and continue straight ahead onto M8. Exit onto M8 Slip Road (Junction 15) marked Cathedral, travel straight through the first set of traffic lights and turn left at the next set of traffic lights. At the following set of traffic lights turn right onto A8 High Street and travel for approximately 1 mile until you are over the Albert Bridge (Castle Street becomes High Street and then Saltmarket before reaching the bridge). Turn right at the next set of traffic lights onto A74 Ballater Street and the hotel is situated on the left hand side. At the set of lights just before the railway bridge, turn left and then first left again to access the hotel car park. Directions from Glasgow Airport/West: Exit M8 at Junction 21 following signs for East Kilbride/Tradeston. Turn right onto Paisley Road A8, continue under road bridge (one way) follow road round to the left passed Euro Yachts onto Clyde Street, keep to right hand lanes and continue straight through the first set of traffic lights under Railway Bridge. At the next set of traffic lights turn right onto Bridge Street. At the first set of traffic lights on Bridge Street, turn left onto Oxford Street and after a short distance, turn right onto Portland Street and left onto A74 Ballater Street. Continue along Ballater Street through three sets of traffic lights (the second set is a pedestrian crossing). The hotel car park is accessed by turning right at the fourth set of traffic lights just beyond the railway bridge and first left again.
